This in-person training, attended by 54 participants and held over two days in Phnom Penh, was tailored specifically for staff from Cambodia’s Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).The programme aimed to equip MEF personnel involved in the issuance of sovereign GSS+ bonds with a comprehensive understanding of the GSS+ bond issuance process, global standards, and key insights into Cambodia’s climate policies and capital markets regulations.
