With a career focused on how to mainstream sustainability in finance, Laetitia has an unparalleled knowledge of financial instruments and topics like ESG strategy, reporting and impact.

Frank is an expert in prospectus approval with more than 20 years of experience within LuxSE’s Prospectus Approval team within the International Primary Markets department. With this experience comes an unparalleled expertise in the approval of listing prospectuses for a variety of financial instruments.

A pillar of LuxSE’s workforce for nearly 30 years, Daniel heads the Admission & Corporate Actions (A&CA) division of LuxSE’s Listing and Regulatory Affairs Department. An expert in all topics related to the admission process for all financial instruments at our exchange, Daniel is also always on hand to provide his expertise to issuers and companies listed on LuxSE on the corporate actions that fall under their continuous reporting obligations.

A key member of the LGX team since 2019, Lucas has been the driving force behind the LGX DataHub since its launch in 2020. Now heading all LGX Operations, Lucas oversees everything related to sustainable bond data analysis, extraction and our leading sustainable bond database, the LGX DataHub. Lead lecturer at the LGX Academy and expert in climate finance, Paul has been a key player in the further development of LGX since joining LuxSE in 2019 and provides financial professional and student with first-hand knowledge to apply directly to the industry.

Tasked with expanding the reach and international footprint of both the LGX Academy and LGX DataHub since 2021, Lawrence is highly knowledgeable in listing as well as sustainable bond data and its importance in the international investment community, which complements his past experience data and information sales management.

With over two decades of experience in client relationship management, business development, product and country management at the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY), Rosa is an expert in securities services across primary and secondary markets. 

Before joining LuxSE in January 2025 as Regional Head of Americas, Rosa was also in charge of market infrastructures at BNY, giving her a unique 360-degree view of international capital markets. 

As Head of Sales & Relationship Management, Rosa is currently in charge of a team of industry experts covering issuers located in 100 countries globally.

Rosa is also one of the co-founders of Women in Finance (WiF) Belgium, still serving as Director of the Board.  

Jakub has 10 years of experience in finance, specialising in exchanges and market microstructure. As the Regional Manager for the Americas, he supports issuers and financial institutions in accessing global capital markets through LuxSE’s premier listing services. A seasoned expert in fostering partnerships and driving opportunities in international financial markets, Jakub works closely with clients to offer tailored guidance on listings and sustainable finance solutions, ensuring access to LuxSE's comprehensive services.

Since joining LuxSE in 2020, Vincent has been the go-to point of contact when it comes to our growing suite of issuer services and tools. Highly experienced in business development, banking and finance, Vincent proves LuxSE issuers with expert advice on how to smoothen the pre- and post-issuance journey with the help of LuxSE.

With 18 years of experience in business development, capital markets and sustainable finance, Chiara is an expert in the listing of debt securities, with particular focus on green, social and sustainable fixed-income products. Chiara is also an expert lecturer at the LGX Academy, guiding financial professional and university students hoping to shape the future of finance.

With 18 years of experience working in Chinese institutions in both China and Luxembourg, Fang is LuxSE’s expert in all matters relating to Asia Pacific finance including relations with stock exchanges and issuers, sustainable finance and listing.

With a keen eye for how technology and data can propel the development of finance, Carlo has been the driving force behind LuxSE’s commercial strategy and products & services development since joining the company in 2019 – acting as the exchange’s Commercial Director before becoming Senior Advisor on all commercial activities in 2025.

Paula joined LuxSE in 2017 and has since held several leadership roles, including Head of Listing. She now leads the Government Relations & Regulatory Strategy department, advising on capital markets policy and regulation at national, EU, and international levels. With a strong legal background and global outlook, Paula helps shape LuxSE’s positioning on topics such as sustainable finance and digitalisation, across the full market chain, from trading to listing. Paula also represents LuxSE in key industry associations, including WFE, FESE, ICMA, ABBL, ALFI and LuxCMA.

Guy has been a fixture in LuxSE’s Markets & Surveillance team for over 25 years and has headed the department since 2014 overseeing and honing his expertise in surveillance, market data, membership and data quality at LuxSE. An expert in all matters trading and market data, Guy spearheaded the creation and launch of LuxXPrime – the retail-sized trading platform of LuxSE – in 2019.

LuxSE's expert in the development and expansion of LuxXPrime since joining LuxSE in 2020, Luigi is also in charge of LuxSE’s secondary market, the on-boarding of new trading clients and development of new market model functionalities.
