Facility Services Management Intern

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

6 months internship (F/M)

Tasks and Responsibilities

Support the team in the following tasks:

Supporting the team in different tasks as delegated by the management
Working proactively with other team members on various FM projects
Participating in the organization of company events
Managing the company’s archives by the appropriate procedure
Participating in the implementation of a project for optimizing building management, its technical installations, and its facilities
Participating in a project for the digitization of inventory management

Profile

Bac +3 in Facility Management, Electricity, HVAC, or related field
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Practical written and oral communication skills
Proactive, determined, and reliable teammate with a high client focus
An upbeat personality and a high level of enthusiasm
Excellent French skills and good English skills. Any other language is an asset.
